Get to Know Me.

Hank returned to Houma in 1997 to start the 3rd generation of service at Logan Babin Real Estate. He serves as a commercial/industrial agent, appraiser, and counselor. Like his father, he has been bestowed the honor of being invited as a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Louisiana Realtors Association, the Bayou Board of Realtors, the International Right-of-Way Association, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Hank is a Louisiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a licensed Rea Estate Salesperson. He is recognized as an expert witness in the District Courts of Terrebonne and Vermillion Parishes.

In addition, he serves on the Bayou Board of Realtors MLS Committee, Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce Infrastructure Committee, International I-49 Committee Board of Directors, and the Terrebonne Economic Development Authority’s Retail Task Force.

Hank graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School, holds a degree in Finance from Loyola University in New Orleans, and received a MBA from Baylor University. Hank has served on the United Way Board of Directors since 1997, and was Campaign Chairman in 2001.
